By downloading, installing, or using VoizHub ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
VoizHub provides voice dictation, transcription, and translation between Khmer and English, delivered as a Windows desktop application connected to VoizHub's cloud backend. The Service requires an active internet connection.
You must create an account (via email/password or a supported OAuth provider) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. Usage is metered in active transcription hours as described in the app and on the pricing page. Unused hours do not roll over unless explicitly stated at time of purchase. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from inside the app; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
You agree not to use the Service to transcribe or process content you do not have the legal right to record, to attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the Service's usage metering, or to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of the audio you dictate and the text VoizHub produces from it. VoizHub processes this content solely to provide the transcription/translation service described in the Privacy Policy.
VoizHub is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoizHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
